本政策说明 FlowAgent 在桌面端、移动端、账号服务、订阅服务和 AI 功能中如何收集、使用、保存和保护你的信息。
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FlowAgent collects, uses, stores, and protects your information across desktop, mobile, account services, subscriptions, and AI features.
如果你代表公司或团队使用 FlowAgent，请确保你有权上传和处理相关素材。不要上传违法、侵权、涉密或你无权处理的内容。
If you use FlowAgent on behalf of a company or team, make sure you have the right to upload and process the materials involved. Do not upload illegal, infringing, confidential, or otherwise unauthorized content.
一、我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：Apple 登录返回的用户标识、可能包含的邮箱和姓名，以及 FlowAgent 生成的移动端账户 ID。
- 用户内容：你输入的提示词、上传的参考图、生成结果、项目内容和与 AI 功能相关的处理数据。
- 订阅信息：App Store 订阅状态、产品 ID、交易 ID、原始交易 ID、到期时间和权益状态。
- 设备与服务信息：用于登录状态、服务安全、错误排查和基础功能运行的必要技术信息。
- 支持沟通信息：你主动通过邮件或其他方式联系我们时提供的联系方式和问题描述。
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: user identifiers from Sign in with Apple, email and name when provided, and FlowAgent mobile account IDs.
- User content: prompts you enter, reference images you upload, generated results, project data, and data processed for AI features.
- Subscription information: App Store subscription status, product ID, transaction ID, original transaction ID, expiration date, and entitlement status.
- Device and service information: technical data needed for sign-in state, service security, troubleshooting, and core functionality.
- Support communications: contact details and issue descriptions you voluntarily provide by email or other channels.

- 校验订阅，启用或关闭 AI 功能权益。
- 处理你主动提交的提示词、图片和项目内容，提供 AI 生成、参考图处理和项目管理能力。

- 响应用户支持请求，排查问题并改进产品体验。
2. How We Use Information
- Create and maintain mobile accounts and keep you signed in.
- Verify subscriptions and enable or disable AI feature entitlements.
- Process prompts, images, and project content you submit to provide AI generation, reference-image workflows, and project management.
- Protect service security and prevent abuse, fraud, attacks, and unlawful activity.
- Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product experience.
三、AI 功能与第三方服务
当你启用 AI 功能时，你提交的提示词、图片或相关上下文可能会被发送至你配置或 FlowAgent 接入的 AI 服务提供方，用于完成生成、编辑或处理请求。
我们不会将你的用户内容用于广告追踪。你仍应避免上传敏感个人信息、商业秘密、未授权版权素材或任何违法违规内容。
3. AI Features and Third-Party Services
When you use AI features, prompts, images, or related context you submit may be sent to AI providers you configure or that FlowAgent integrates with to fulfill generation, editing, or processing requests.
We do not use your user content for ad tracking. You should still avoid uploading sensitive personal information, trade secrets, unauthorized copyrighted material, or any illegal content.
四、订阅与支付
iOS 订阅由 Apple 处理。FlowAgent 不接触你的银行卡号、支付密码或 Apple ID 密码。我们仅接收 Apple 提供的订阅校验结果和交易状态，用于判断是否向你的账户启用 AI 功能。
4. Subscriptions and Payments
iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple. FlowAgent does not access your card number, payment password, or Apple ID password. We only receive subscription validation results and transaction status from Apple to determine whether AI features should be enabled for your account.
五、信息保存与安全
我们会在实现本政策所述目的所需的期限内保存相关信息。我们采用访问控制、传输加密、服务端权限隔离等措施保护数据安全，但任何互联网服务都无法保证绝对安全。
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and server-side permission isolation to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
六、你的权利
你可以联系我们查询、更正或删除与你账户相关的个人信息。在法律法规或安全审计要求允许的范围内，我们会处理你的请求。
如果你希望取消订阅，请通过 iOS 系统设置或 App Store 的订阅管理入口操作。删除 App 不会自动取消订阅。
6. Your Rights
You may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. We will handle requests where permitted by law and security or audit requirements.
To cancel a subscription, use iOS Settings or App Store subscription management. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
七、儿童与未成年人
FlowAgent 面向具有相应民事行为能力的用户。未成年人使用本服务应取得监护人同意，并在监护人指导下使用。
7. Children and Minors
FlowAgent is intended for users with the legal capacity to enter into agreements. Minors should use the service only with guardian consent and under guardian supervision.
八、政策更新
我们可能根据产品功能、法律法规或运营需要更新本政策。重大变更会通过合理方式提示你。更新后的政策自页面标注的生效日期起生效。
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy based on product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Updated policies take effect on the effective date shown on this page.
